1:1 Online Coaching
Whether you are establishing a foundation, learning new skills, or ready to compete, 1:1 online coaching is created especially for you.
Coaching includes video review of exercises, weekly program updates informed by your performance, where you are working out that week (commercial gym, home, hotel gym on the go, etc.), and anything you may have going on in your life (traveling, preparing for a quarterly meeting, etc.)
Let’s troubleshoot how to prioritize and adjust. You will receive text or video feedback/support at least weekly and I answer messages and questions promptly.
This is not a template nor a general program. Online training is a collaborative, high-touch approach to continuous learning and growth. We may not meet in person, but we will see a lot of each other.
Online coaching is $200/month (3-month commitment)

Bodywork and Massage Therapy
I specialize in helping folks move more freely and with less pain using myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and cupping techniques paired with corrective exercise.
Building a stronger, more resilient body requires physical practice, intention, and care. Massage therapy is one of the most effective, scientifically proven ways to ease tight muscles, aches, and pains.
I am a firm believer that the best client relationships are collaborative. You will walk away from our sessions and treatments, understanding why we’re doing it and how to continue making progress on your own.
60-minute ($105) and 90-minute ($155) sessions are available.
